As soon as you sign up to Upleap, you're paired with an Upleap account manager. They'll grow your Instagram organically and pick up real, targeted followers according to your specifications.
It is important that your Upleap account manager is able to login to your Instagram. To ensure your account manager can sign in to your account, it is highly recommended that you turn off two-factor authentication in your profile settings.
What's two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Two-factor authentication, or 2FA, is a way of securitizing your Instagram account. When enabled, you may receive either an email or an SMS asking you to verify your login. A code is presented to you through the email or SMS, which you then enter when opening the Instagram application on your phone.
Your account manager has no way to access your email or SMS to get this code, so it's important you disable 2FA so that your account manager can login to start growing your Instagram.
So how do I turn it off?
Turning two-factor authentication off is really simple. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to turn 2FA off:
- Open your Instagram app
- Go to your profile
- Press on the settings icon (it's a cog wheel)
- Scroll to 'Two-factor Authentication'
- Turn the 'Require security code' switch to OFF

Should I keep 2FA off while I use Upleap?
It's our recommendation you keep 2FA turned off while you have an account manager on Upleap. Your account manager needs to login regularly to continue growing your account.
