We at Upleap are doing our best to provide the best service possible. We are aware that a number of our new users have been facing a technical problem which prevents their account manager from successfully logging in to their account. Our technical team is working hard to resolve this issue as soon as possible, as we understand it’s highly inconvenient and the concern it causes.
If your account manager is unable to login, and you're receiving multiple login confirmation requests from Instagram, please follow the below guidelines.
We advise accessing your Upleap dashboard only once or twice in the coming 24 hours, disabling two factor authentication and following the below steps to confirm our agent's login attempt. Once the account manager successfully logs in you will start seeing our activity under "Posts I've liked" in your Instagram app.
1. Access your Upleap dashboard
2. In your Instagram app, confirm our agent's login attempt by selecting "This Was Me".
3. In your Upleap dashboard select your mobile phone number and click on "Send me the code".
4. Enter the code received via sms or Skype Lite in your Upleap dashboard
If the login is successful, you will start seeing the agent's activity within one to two hours. If within a few hours you do not see activity, please wait 12 - 24 hours before accessing your Upleap dashboard again.
If the first step did not activate your account, please cancel your Upleap account so you can sign up again and create a new account. This will hopefully allow your account manager to successfully login.
