In cases where payment for the subscription fails more than twice, PayPal automatically cancels the payment and puts it under a "suspended" status. Activity on accounts with this payment status is paused until the payment can be completed.
If your payment for the Upleap subscription is under "Suspended" status, please follow the below steps to activate your account by re-subscribing.
- Head over to your Subscription Settings page. Here's the link for you.
- Click the red 'Cancel' button for your subscription package.
- Logout of Upleap
- Clear cache and cookies on your browser
- Login to your Upleap dashboard and click on the Upgrade button
- Select the plan most suitable to your needs. If you have a discount code, enter it during checkout to discount your subscription price.
